The Optimizers Awards Nomination

The Optimizers Awards celebrate the fleet teams and mobility leaders who are pushing the boundaries in operational excellence. Whether you've led a significant process implementation, rolled out new software, launched automation or workflow improvements, optimized routes, or pioneered another fleet management solution, you are eligible, and we want to hear your story.

Nominations are open to anyone across the fleet and mobility industry, including last-mile delivery, passenger transport, autonomous vehicles, field service, rental, and shared mobility operations. If you’re advancing logistics operations, mobility, or fleet operations optimization, you are eligable.

Participation in The Optimizers Awards is entirely free of charge. Neither nominees nor award recipients are required to pay any fees, registration costs, or administrative charges.

The Optimizers Awards welcome nominations from anyone in the fleet and mobility industry: covering last-mile delivery, passenger transport, autonomous vehicles, field service, rental, and shared mobility operations. Self-nominations are encouraged and accepted unless a specific award category states otherwise.

Best of all, there are no fees involved. Nominating someone and receiving an award are both completely free with no hidden costs or financial obligations.

To nominate a fleet or individual for The Optimizers Awards, simply complete our online nomination form. Your submission should include:

• Your name and the organization you represent
• The specific award category that best fits your nomination
• A compelling description (up to 500 words) explaining how your organization's fleet has made a measurable impact in your industry

The nomination process takes just a few minutes. You should nominating yourself and the process is completely free with no hidden charges or financial obligations.

Winning The Optimizers Award comes with significant prestige and visibility. Award winners receive:

• A formal announcement in a press release highlighting their achievement

Finalists and winners will be selected by a judging panel appointed by Autofleet. The panel evaluates nominations based on a comprehensive set of criteria designed to identify fleet operations that truly excel in the industry.

Nominations for The Optimizers Awards close on May 15, 2026 at 23:59 IST. Please ensure your submission is completed and submitted before this deadline, as late submissions will not be accepted.

The Optimizers Awards winners will be announced in early June, 2026. Award winners will be notified beforehanda and formally announced through a comprehensive press release and featured prominently on Autofleet's website and social media channels.
